OneRoute provides two ways to control and cap spend: global (organization‑wide) limits and per‑user limits. Choose the approach that best fits your setup.

Monitoring and Management

Both approaches allow you to:

• Monitor spend in real time via the dashboard
• Receive alerts when you are approaching the limit
• Configure alert periods by day/week/month
• Adjust limits as needed based on usage patterns
